Product return
Did you choose the wrong size or are you unhappy with the product?
If so, we are sorry to hear it. But don’t despair! You have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of your purchase to return the product and request a refund. Below you will find all the information you need to successfully return your product. Please read the whole page carefully!
Conditions for return
We can only accept returns of products in their original condition, undamaged and suitable for resale.
- The clothes are perfectly clean. Unfortunately we cannot take back dirty, stained, faded or washed clothes.
- The dress is in perfect condition, no stretching, no fraying, no tears.
For the sake of the above, if you are not sure of the size you have chosen, please try on the garment carefully and if you feel the size is not right, put it aside intact. This way you can ensure that it will not be damaged during use or as a result of being the wrong size. You can only return it by post or courier. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
The return procedure
If you wish to return the clothes you have purchased, please follow these steps:
- First, send us an email to trendidivatluxury@gmail.com with your request.
- Depending on your request, we may offer to refund the purchase price of the product. (We will not refund the shipping costs of your original purchase, only the purchase price of the products.)
- When packing the returned product, make sure that the product is not damaged in the packaging. If you are returning shoes, make sure that the shoe box is not damaged and that it is returned in its original condition.
- To make the return process smoother, please include a piece of paper in the parcel indicating that you have placed your order in our webshop and include your order number or invoice number.

Once your parcel has been returned, we will refund you by bank transfer!
